This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12, 14 to 16 of Act 70 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, for the willful disobedience of interim order dated 10.05.2024 passed in W.P.No.11782 of 2024.
2. Heard Sri Prabhala Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.
3. Sri V. Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, submitted that, as against the unauthorized construction made by the unofficial respondent, the authorities have already issued notice in accordance with law. He submitted that there is no disobedience of the orders of this Court, as alleged by the petitioner, as such, the present contempt case may be closed.
4. This Court, vide order dated 10.05.2024, directed the respondent authorities to take steps against the unauthorized construction, if any, made by the unofficial respondents, in accordance with law by issuing proper notices. According to the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the authorities have issued notice to the 3rd respondent, in pursuance of the orders of this Court. 5. In view of above, since the 1st respondent had issued notice to unofficial respondent No.3, pursuant to the orders of this Court, there remains nothing for adjudication in the Contempt Case.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
