The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“….to issue an order writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.5 by conducting auction on 23.07.2015 at 3.00 pm of the 5^th respondent devasthanam lands in Survey No.439/1 to an extent of Ac.2.56 cents situated at Pottempadu Village Muthukur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and land in Survey No.1344 to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents situated at Iskapalem Village, Venkatachalam Mandal SPSR Nellore District without any notice to the petitioners
