ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd Respondent, in not issuing the Integrated Community Certificate to the Petitioner as ‘belong to Kondakapu of Scheduled Tribe Community’, in spite of the Petitioner submitting Caste Certificate obtained by her elder brother and the pattadar passbook and title deed issued in the name of her father, showing as ‘belong to Kondakapu of Scheduled Tribe Community’, as illegal and arbitrary

The Petitioner claims to belong to the ‘Kondakapu Community,’ which is a Scheduled Tribe. As the Petitioner was selected and appointed to the post of A.P. Mahila Police vide Rc.No.60/DSC-2019, dated 28.10.2019, issued by the Respondent No.2 under the quota meant for Scheduled Tribes; it is stated that the elder brother of the Petitioner was issued Community Certificate by the Respondent No.3 on 29.10.2005, as he belongs to ‘Kondakapu’. As the Petitioner requires to produce the Community Certificate to substantiate her appointment in the quota meant for scheduled tribes, the Petitioner had submitted an application for issuance of Community Certificate, along with the Caste Certificate obtained by her elder brother and pattadar passbook and title deed issued in the name of her father. But, in spite of receiving the same, the 3rd Respondent failed to issue Integrated Community Certificate to the Petitioner.

Questioning the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.42618 of 2022 dated 06.02.2026. The learned Assistant Government Pleader does not dispute the same.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed in W.P.No.42618 of 2022 , with the following directions:
