Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for a) declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the 5th Respondent in granting quarry lease and permit for dispatch dated 16.2.2026 vide Permit No.EPR2222WR2526036940001 to the 10th Respondent in land to an extent of Acres 1.70 Cents in Sy.No.227/4A2 of Kothuru Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District without Environmental Clearance (EC) from 6th Respondent and Consent for Establishment Consent for Operation from the 7th Respondent, without NOC from the 9th Respondent and without leaving 7.5-metre buffer zone and without constructing safety wall around the mining area as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the quarry lease and permit for dispatch dated 16.2.2026 vide Permit No.EPR2222WR2526036940001 issued by the 5th Respondent and b)declaring the proceedings of the 9th Respondent vide Rc.B21/2026 dated 20.2.2026 granting NOC for mining over the assigned agricultural land to an extent Acres 1.70 Cents in Sy.No.227/4A2 of Kothuru Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District stating that consent was taken from original assignee Kota Nagabhushan who died decades back and further giving NOC for lease of Assigned agricultural land for mining is contrary to Sections 3 and 4 of The Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to stop the mining operations by the 10th Respondent in land to an extent of Acres 1.70 Cents in Sy.No.227/4A2 of Kothuru Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District and pass

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:
