Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate writ, direction or order, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the order impugned, the order of the respondent No.1 vide her order No.49/13 dated 26-4-2013 as illegal, arbitrary and in flagrant violation of the principles of natural justice and Article 21 of the Constitution of India and it is further consequently prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set- aside the order impugned, directing the respondents to forthwith re-instate the petitioner as the Anganwadi Worker of the B-Rammanapalem Anganwadi Centre (Code No.4) of Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District with all consequential benefits with continuity of service and back-wages and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order of the respondent No.1 i.e., her order No.49/13 dated 26-4-2013, directing her to forthwith continue the petitioner in service as the Anganwadi Worker of the B- Rammanapalem Anganwadi Centre (Code No.4) of the Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

IA NO: 1 OF 2023

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to grant leave for filing counter affidavit in the writ petition no.30163/2013 and pass

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been reinstated into service in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 23.10.2013.

2. Recording the same, the present writ petition is closed in terms of the interim order passed earlier. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
