ORDER:

This Contempt Case has been filed against the respondents complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 21.09.2021 in W.P.No.14825 of 2021.

2. During the course of hearing of this case, Mr. G. Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, Mr. P. Subash, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 would submit that due to pendency, there was some delay in implementing the order of the Court, but finally the order of the Court is complied with and all encroachments are removed as directed by this Court by the concern
