Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents are not permitting the Petitioner to upload the students data through online and to collect the admission fee who are admitted in the Petitioner institution, who are admitted in the Petitioner institution on the ground that the schedule for uploading the data is completed, ignoring the fact that there are technical issues and determinant to the academic interest of students who joined in the Petitioner institution as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd and Respondents to permit the Petitioner institution to upload the data of students for the academic year 2024-25 and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 2nd and 3'rd Respondents to permit the Petitioner institution to grant reasonable time to upload the data of the 5 students and to pay the requisite fee for the academic year 2024-25, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:
