Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not considering the Petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 seeking conversion of the school from Telugu medium to English medium in terms of G.O.Ms.No.16, School Education Department, dated 27.02.2024

O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of Respondent No.4 in not considering the Petitioner’s representation dated 16.03.2026 seeking conversion of the school from Telugu Medium to English Medium in terms of G.O.Ms.No.16 , School Education Department, dated 27.02.2024 as illegal and arbitrary.2.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner was considered and a speaking order was passed on 28.04.2026 by District School Educational Officer, West Godavari, Bhimavaram rejecting the case of the Petitioner. A copy of the same is passed on to the Court and the same is placed on record.
3. In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
