1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not permitting the Petitioner to complete the Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D) course purportedly on the grounds i.e., non-payment of course fee/extension fee and/or non-submission of DCMS/Thesis in time, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28977 of 2023, W.P.No.13688 of 2024, W.P.No.10937 of 2025 etc., wherein this Court granted time of ten (10) days as a one-time measure to deposit fee vis-à-vis the very same University.

3. Heard Ms. Maheswari Arika, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Ms. N. Vijaya Santhi, learned Standing Counsel for Rayalaseema University.

4. As there is no dispute with regard to the orders of this Court in similar cases referred above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof as under:-

(i) Having regard to these facts, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to allow the Writ Petitioner to deposit the required fee within a period of ten (10) days in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 04.04.2024 in W.P.No.28977 of 2023. It is needless to state that the Official Respondents shall adhere to the directions passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.28977 of 2023 dated 04.04.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
