The Court made the following order:
Assailing the correctness and legality of the order, dated 05.12.2022
passed in Interlocutory Application No.333 of 2022 in Original Suit No.287 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate-cum- Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, the present Civil Revision
Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. The facts that led to the filing of the present Civil Revision Petition is that:
i) The petitioners herein are defendant Nos.7 and 8, respondent No.1
herein is the plaintiff and respondent Nos.2 to 7 herein are defendant Nos.1 to
6 in O.S.287 of 2019.
ii) Earlier, the petitioners herein, who are defendant Nos.7 and 8, filed a
suit in O.S.No.162 of 2019 seeking partition of the plaint schedule properties into six equal shares and for allotment of one such share i.e., 1/6th share each to them together with future profits and also for rendition of accounts. Subsequently, respondent No.1 herein filed O.S.No.287 of 2019 seeking permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men and agents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property. Thereafter, the defendant Nos.7 and 8 filed I.A.No.333 of 2022 in O.S.No.287 of 2019, under Section 151 of C.P.C, to club both suits in
