Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to DIRECT the respondents to not to proceed with the transfer of petitioner as issued by the proceedings dated: 10.04.2026 vide No: A-22/13/AGT/SSO/1/202 5 by granting stay in the interest of justice pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass

The Court made the following ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in transferring the petitioner from the regional office RO-Vijayawada to SRO – Thirupathi by the proceedings dated 10.04.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, being a 70% disabled candidate, was transferred without due consideration of his disability. It is further submitted that the petitioner is unable to effectively discharge his duties at SRO, Tirupati. Therefore, he submitted a representation dated 13.04.2026 requesting posting at or nearby Guntur.

4. The learned Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the issue relates to the maintainability of the representation.

5. In view of the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to examine the merits of the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.04.2026 and, if feasible, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
