Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of Respondents No. 1 to 8 in preventing the illegal conversion of agricultural land into aquaculture ponds for the construction of shrimp tanks in Sy.No.996, 996-1 A, 996-IB, 997-1, and 997-2, totalling Ac. 12.81 cents in Pallamkuru Village, Katrenikona Mandal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, by Respondents No. 9 to 13 which is adjacent to petitioners land is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of the principles of natural justice, without obtaining prior permissions, without following the mandatory procedure prescribed under G.O.Ms.No. 7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish) Department, dated 16.03.2013, and without leaving the required boundaries as stipulated in the said G.O., and consequently directing the Respondent authorities to take immediate action for the removal of the unauthorized shrimp tanks and restoration of the land to its original agricultural purposeand Pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to grant an interim direction restraining the Respondents No. 9 to 13 from carrying out any further construction of shrimp tanks in Sy.No.996, 996-1A, 996-1B, 997-1, and 997-2, totalling Ac. 12.81 cents in Pallamkuru Village, Katrenikona Mandal, Dr. B.R.
