Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in refusing to

release the pledged gold ornaments (380.500 grams) under Gold Loan

Account No. 0151671100095141 upon payment of the total outstanding dues

consequently direct the Respondents to accept the total outstanding amount

of 20,43,247/- (with interest up to date of payment) and simultaneously

release/return the pledged gold ornaments to the Petitioner and Pass such
