circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or

direction. declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 in not registering

FIR pursuant to the Petitioner's Complaints dated 26.2.2026, as illegal,

arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and further

direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to register the FIR and conduct investigation

and pass

ORDER:

Mr.Kishore Babu, representing Mr. Kona NDV Ramana Rao, learned

counsel for the Petitioner would submit that subsequent to filing the Writ

Petition, the Respondent/ Police have registered a case, basing on the

complaint of the Petitioner, dated 26.02.2026 no cause survives and

requested to close the Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner,

this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to

costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
