Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly, in the

nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the Records of Exhibit P3 notice dated

26.04.2026 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and

consequently direct the 2nd respondent police to not to seize the gold articles

from the petitioner from any of the branches with regards to crime no.

0028/2026 registered by 2nd respondent subject to the petitioner producing

the articles sought under Annexure-C dated 26.04.2026 before the

Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation for taking photographs

and video graphs of the said articles and thereafter, handover back to the

petitioner and on condition that the petitioner will not convert, pledge, sell or

dispose of the said articles till disposal of the crime no. 0028/2026 concerned

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated

in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to

dispense with the Certified Copy of the notice dated 26.04.2026 issued by the

2nd Respondent in the above Writ Petition

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated

in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to

direct the 2nd respondents Police to not to seize the gold articles from the

petitioner from any of the branches with regards to crime no. 0028/2026

registered by 2nd respondent subject to the petitioner producing the articles

sought under Annexure-C dated 26.04.2026 dated before the Investigating

Officer for the purpose of investigation for taking photographs and

videographs of the said articles and thereafter, handover back to the

petitioner and on condition that the petitioner will not convert, pledge, sell or

dispose of the said articles till disposal of the crime no. 0028/2026 concerned

pending disposal of the above writ petition

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by

the petitioner seeking the following relief:

nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the Records of Exhibit P3

notice dated 26.04.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash

the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent police not
