Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toIt is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of Mandamus declaring the entire land acquisition proceedings, including the declaration issued U/Sec.6 and all the subsequent proceedings including the award dated 09-04- 1976 as void and the same was lapsed by virtue of the provisions of Sec.24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and direct the respondents to pay the compensation to petitioners by initiating the proceedings under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and be pleased to pass such other order or orders that may deem fit and propose in the circumstances of the case.
