The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.’)/ Sections 480 and

483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’),

seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail in Cr.No.134 of 2026 of

Visakhapatnam GRP Police Station.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw the Criminal Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this

Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
