circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one

in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring inaction on part of the

respondents in implementing the Memo.No.SE/O/SSS/EE(T)/DY.EE(T and

C)/Comml./D.No.802/26, dated 18.03.2026 issued by the respondent No.3

and reconnecting the power supply of Petitioners HT Service Connection. No.

Demand in vide Bill.No.2604326310, dated 04.06.2026 a monthly bill

Rs.4,95,079/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Seventy Nine)

without reconnecting the same as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of

power and contrary to the well established legal principles of Electricity

Act,2003 and apart from being violative of the Fundamental and Constitutional

Rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the

Constitution of India and consequently a) direct the respondents to implement

the Memo.No.SE/O/SSS/EE(T)/DY.EE(T and C)/Comml./D.No.802/26, dated

18.03.2026 issued by the respondent No.3 by reconnecting the Petitioner

Service in Connection. No. SSS1132 (ATP 1132) at Sy.No.436,436-B,

440,440-7B, 447, 805-3, 805-3B, 813, 813-B, 814, 814-B,, Kutagulla Village,

Kadiri Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, forthwith b) set aside the Demand in

vide Bill.No.2604326310, dated 04.06.2026 a monthly bill Rs.4,95,079/-

(Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Seventy Nine) for the month of

April, 2026 c) refund the Minimum Consumption Charges paid for the Months

of February, 2026 and March, 2026 to a tune of Rs.8,53,200/- (Rupees Eight

Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred) towards the Petitioner Service in

Connection. No. SSS1132 (ATP 1132) and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated

in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
