Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in

the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3rd respondent

by marking as digitally unsigned with Red Colour as disputed on the copies of

Adangal as well as 1-B, Record of Rights in respect of my landed property

admeasuring an extent of Ac. 1.91 Cents in Sy.No.557-A of Naganathana

Halli, Adoni Mandal of Kurnool District, without issuing any notice and without

passing any order and without having any authority of law, as illegal, arbitrary,

violative of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of

Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the

Rules made there under and Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of

India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to record copies of Adangal

Pahanies and 1-B for my said land as digitally signed by deleting the Red

Colour marking and issue digitally signed copies of adangal and 1- B in

respect of above property land and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated

in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased

pleased to direct the 3*^^ respondent to issue Digitally signed copies of

Adangal pahanies and 1-B Namoona in Record of Rights by deleting the Red

Colour marking in respect of my landed property admeasuring Ac. 1.91 Cents

in Sy.No.557-A of Naganathana Halli, Adoni Mandal of Kurnool District,

pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass
