3. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant writ petition is against the
action of the respondents in not mutating the names of the petitioners in the
revenue records in respect of the subject land of an extent of Ac.5.11 cents in
Sy.No.1235/3 situated at Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal,
