Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of officials of Respondent No.4 herein in initiating process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MLPM260130023612 dt.30.01.2026, for mutating Petitioner's name in Revenue Records Pahanis, 1-B extract (ROR) for issuing Electronic Pattadhar Pass Books, Title Deeds with respect to Petitioner's Agriculture Lands in respective Survey Numbers 60 and 67 respectively admeasuring an extent of Ac 1-00 Cents, Ac 2-06 Cents, situated at Teliki Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary, against provisions of The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Act 1971 and consequently direct the Respondents No.4 to initiate process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MLPM260130023612 dt.30.01.2026, for mutating Petitioner's name in Revenue Records Pahanis, 1-B extract (ROR) for issuing Electronic Pattadhar Pass Books, Title Deeds with respect to Petitioner's Agriculture Lands in respective Survey Numbers 60 and 67 respectively admeasuring an extent of Ac 1-00 Cents, Ac 2-06 Cents, situated at Teliki Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District and to pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents No.4 to initiate process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MLPM260130023612 dt.30.01.2026, for mutating Petitioner’s name in Revenue Records Pahanis, 1-B extract (ROR) for issuing Electronic Pattadhar Pass Books, Title Deeds with respect to Petitioner’s Agriculture Lands in respective Survey Numbers 60 and 67 respectively admeasuring an extent of Ac 1-00 Cents, Ac 2-06 Cents, situated at Teliki Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District and to pass
The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the official respondent No.4 herein in initiating process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MLPM260130023612 dated 30.01.2026 for mutating the petitioner’s name in the Revenue Records Pahanis, 1-B extract (ROR) for issuing Electronic Pattadhar Pass Books, Title Deeds with respect to the petitioner’s Agriculture Lands in respective Survey Numbers 60 and 67 respectively admeasuring an extent of Ac.1-00 cents, Ac.2-06 cents situated at Teliki Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.04.2026 submits that the petitioner’s application was disposed of vide order of the 4th respondent dated 04.03.2026, which is enclosed herewith to the instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.04.2026.
4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedies in accordance with law alternatively in pursuance of the orders of the 4th respondent dated 04.03.2026.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
