Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in mutating the respondent Nos.5 to 7 names in web records for an extent of Ac.0.49 cents each in Sy.No.22-BC in Khata No.3126, 495 and 504 respectively situated at Kanuparru Village, Nadendla Mandal, Palnadu District and subsequently mutating 8th respondent’s name for total extent of Ac.1.48 cents in Sy.No.22-BC in Khata No.1789 in L.P.No.3022, 3023 and 3024 situated at Kanuparru Village, Nadendla Mandal, Palnadu District without issuing notice to the petitioner and without following the due procedure.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent without issuing any notice on the application made by the respondent Nos.5 to 8 mutated their names in the revenue records with respect to the subject properties. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the pattadar passbook and title deed given in Khata No.1317 dated 03.11.2022 in the name of Nagothu Rayanna and according to it, he inherited an extent of Ac.2.98 cents in Sy.No.22-BC in L.P.No.134 and an extent of Ac.2.46 cents in Sy.No.98-C, 99-A in L.P.No.701 totalling Ac.5.44 cents. Whereas by virtue of the impugned action of the 4th respondent, the 5th respondent name is shown in the Adangal copy dated 30.06.2025 for an extent of Ac.0.49 cents in Sy.No.22-BC vide Khata No.3126 and L.P.no.3022. Similarly, the 6th respondent’s name was mutated and the adangal copy dated 30.06.2025 shown her name for the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.49 cents in Sy.No.22-BC vide Khata No.495 and L.P.No.3023.
