Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the quarterly scholarship instalments for the academic years 2015-2016- Rs.1,10,000,2016-2017-Rsl ,20,000, and 2018-2019 Rsl ,30,000. All together totalling Rs.3,60,000/- which is payable to the Petitioner towards her Tuition fee reimbursement under the Jnanabhumi (RTF) scheme for the academic year 2015-19 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to GoMs No. 115 Social Welfare (EDN) Department dated 30.11.2019 and GoMs. No. 28 Social Welfare (EDN) Department dated 16.06.2020besides being violative of the fundamental rights of the Petitioner herein guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of Indiaand consequently direct the Respondents herein to forthwith release the quarterly scholarship instalment of Rs.3,60,000/- towards the Tuition fee reimbursement under Jnanabhumi (RTF) scheme for the academic year 2015-19 and pass any such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased direct the Respondents herein to release the quarterly scholarship instalment of Rs. 3,60,000/- payable towards the uition fee reimbursement under “Jnanabhumi” (RTF) scheme for the academic year 2015-19 and pass any such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title in WP No. 22402 of 2024 by substituting 1. The state of Andhra Pradesh Principal Secretary Department of Backward Classes (BC) Welfare development, Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, 3. The Commissioner of BC Welfare Andhra Pradesh, 5. The District BC Welfare Officer. Chittoor District Andhra Pradesh for the 1st 3rd and 5th respondent's existing description in the cause title and at relevant other places wherever occurred in the entire Writ Petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and interlocutory application, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
