CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 5145 of 2026
The Court made the following Order:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 , has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein to quash the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, for the offences punishable under Sections 314(4) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 .
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, has confined his argument to the extent of extending the time frame for a further period of four (04) weeks, so as to comply with the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.
3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection for the same.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a further time of four (04) weeks is granted to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions stipulated in the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026, on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
6. Needless to state that all the remaining conditions in the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam shall remain in-tact.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
