The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 submitted that they filed memo before the learned Trial Court stating that they do not wish to examine P.Ws. 1 to 3 and that they will examine only P.W.16, i.e., Investigating Officer and to that effect, the learned Trial Court has recorded the memo filed by the learned counsel for the Accused and recalled the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2024, in which the request of the Accused is considered and issued summons to PW.16 only.

2. Sri K.S. Murthy, learned Senior Counsel, requested to record the submissions of learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 including the order dated 25.08.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act – Cum- VIII Additional District Court, Ananthapuramu.

3. Recorded the orders passed by the learned Trial Court and submissions of the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2.

4. Docket orders passed by the learned Special Judge for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act – Cum- VIII Additional District Court, Ananthapuramu, vide order dated 25.08.2026 shall form part of the record.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
