Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title in respect of the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 with regard to the name of the District alone as "Tirupati District in the place of "SPSR Nellore District" in the interests ofjustice.

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action against Respondent No.6 who is indulging in illegal acts by misusing his official power indiscriminately and abet him to commit suicide inspite of the written complaints dated 12.01.2022 followed by personal visits and direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to takeimmediate action against the Respondent No.6 in accordance with law.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home filed written instructions stating that the Inspectors of Police, Gudur Urban Circle and Venkatagiri Circle conducted independent enquiries and submitted reports concluding that the allegations leveled by the petitioner against Respondent No.6-P.Narasimha Rao, Sub-Inspector of Police, Dakkili Police Station are found to be false and devoid of merit and that the representation dated 12.01.2022 given by the petitioner is considered and referred in accordance with the procedure established and the same is also informed to the petitioner.

3. As seen from the endorsement dated 21.07.2026, petitioner hadreceived information in that regard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by recording the endorsement dated 21.07.2026 coupled with the reports submitted to the Sub- Divisional Police Officer, Gudur and Superintendent of Police, Nellore, this writpetition may be closed with a liberty to take appropriate legal steps.

5. Endorsement dated 21.07.2026 and report submitted to the Sub- Divisional Police Officer, Gudur and Superintendent of Police, Nellore shallform part of record.

6. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to take appropriate legal steps by the petitioner, if heis so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
