This Order disposes of the Appeal Nos. FPA-PMLA-2378/MUM/2018, FPA-PMLA-2379/MUM/2018 and FPA-PMLA-2380/MUM/2018 filed by M/s Kabel Metal Power Cable Ltd., Shri Sanjay Mahaveer Prasad Jain and Smt. Chandu Jain w/o Shri Sanjay Mahaveer Prasad Jain respectively. The Appellants have challenged the Order dated 01.06.2018 (“Impugned Order”) issued by the Ld. Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (“PMLA”). Ld. Adjudicating Authority allowed the Original Complaint No.866/2018 (“OC”) and confirmed the Provisional Attachment Order No.08/2017 dated 18.12.2017 (“PAO”).
