29.05.2025 Dictated By: Rajesh Malhotra The present appeal u/s 68-O of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is filed by the appellant against the Order dated 05.07.2021 vide which the Competent Authority confirmed the freezing/seizing order dated 07.06.2021 passed by the Freezing Authority (FA)/SHO, PS Jodhan, Distt. Ludhiana (Rural), Punjab. The properties seized/frozen are detailed as under :-
