Rajesh Malhotra Present appeal u/s 68-O of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (NDPS) is filed by the appellant against the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the Competent Authority, New Delhi, whereby it confirmed the Freezing Order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the SHO, PS- Special Task Force, Phase-4, District: SAS Nagar, Punjab, whereby the following properties of the Affected Persons were seized/frozen:-
