Rajesh Malhotra Present appeals u/s 68-O of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (NDPS) are filed by the appellants against the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by the Competent Authority, whereby it confirmed the Freezing/Seizing Order dated 15.05.2018 passed by the Intelligence Officer, Narcotics Control Bureau, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata, West Bengal.
