FINAL ORDER

19.11.2025 Dictated by: Rajesh Malhotra Present Appeals under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 is filed by the Appellant Department against the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the Adjudicating Authority in Original Complaint No. 1141/2019, whereby the properties attached by ED vide PAO No. 06/2019 dated 23.06.2019 were not confirmed, qua the defendant no. 3 Shri A Dhayanidhi @ Dhayanidhi Alagiri. The details of the said non-confirmed properties are as under:

a) House Site at Survey No.387/Part and 399/18 Part, HIG-II Plot No.71 of Sholinganallur Village, totally measuring 382.22 Sq.Metre acquired vide Document No.3766/2008 dated 12.9.2008 of SRO Neelankarai for a value of Rs.60,34,400/- and having a guideline of Rs.75,00,000 & market value of Rs.1,00,00,000/-.

b) Agricultural Land at Survey No.121/5B, 121/5B2 at Melamathur Village, totally measuring 24 Cents, acquired vide Document No.9421/2009 Dated 28.10.2009 of SRO, Madurai South Joint 4 for a value of Rs.2,15,000/- and having a guideline value of Rs.3,15,000/-.

c) Agricultural Land at Survey No.118/2 at Melamathur Village, totally measuring 30 Cents, acquired vide Document No.9833/2009 dated 5.11.2009 of SRO, Madurai South Joint 4 for a value of Rs.2,05,000/-

and having a guideline value of Rs.2,05,000/-.

d) Agricultural Land at Survey No. 118/1 at Melamathur Village, totally measuring 14 Cents, acquired vide Document No. 10016/2009 dated 11.11.2009 of SRO, Madurai South Joint 4 for a value of Rs. 60,980/-

and having a guideline value of Rs. 61,000/-

e) Agricultural Land at Survey No.121/5B and 121/5B2 at Melamathur Village, totally measuring 27 Cents, acquired vide Document No.873/2010 dated 27.1.2010 of SRO, Madurai South Joint 4 for a value of Rs.1,17,600/- and having a guideline value of Rs.3,50,000/-.

f) House Site at Survey No.1076, 3629 & 3629/10 at Mylapore, Beemanna Mudali 1st Street, Plot No.4, Old Door No.1/21 & Block No.72 totally measuring 8160 Sq. Feet, acquired vide Document No 839/2010 dated 5.4.2010 of SRO, Mylapore for a value of Rs.1,96,00,000/- and having a guideline value of Rs.7,10,00,000/-.

g) House Site at Survey No.3628/17 & 3628/37 at Mylapore, Beemanna Garden Street, Plot No.10A, 11 New Door No.49 & Block No.72 totally measuring 4920 Square Feet acquired vide Document No.641/2011 dated 14.3.2011 of SRO, Mylapore for a value of Rs.4,05,00,000/- and having a guideline value of Rs.4,30,00,000/.

h) Land with Building at Survey No.4893, 60 Plot No.25 G.N.Chetty Road, T.Nagar, totally having UDS of 1138.77 Sq Feet in 9600 Sq Feet acquired vide Document No.510/2012 dated 7.3.2012 of SRO T.Nagar for a value of Rs. 1,45,00,000/- and having a guideline value of Rs.2,85,00,000/-.

i) Land with Building at Survey No.4893, 60 Plot No.25 G.N.Chetty Road, T.Nagar, totally having UDS of 1138.77 Sq Feet in 9600 Sq Feet acquired vide Document No.511/2012 dated 7.3.2012 of SRO T.Nagar for a value of Rs.1,45,00,000/- and having guideline value of Rs.2,85,00,000/-.

j) House Site comprising of UDS of 537 Sq. Feet out of 70212 Sq Feet situated in 137 Velachery Village, Survey No.714, New Survey No.714/1, 714/2, 714/3 & 714/5 of Mambalam Guindy Taluk, Seshadri Puram 1st Main Road, Velachery, Chennai 42 acquired vide Document No.3838/2013 of SRO, Velacheri, for a value of Rs.

16,11,000/- and having a guideline value of Rs.20,00,000/-.
