19.02.2026 The present appeals under Section 19 read with Section 49(5)(a)

of the Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999 are filed by the appellants against the Order No. SD(A)/FEMA/2017-18(CIT)(A) – 35/31 dated 28.05.2019 passed by the Special Director (Appeals), FEMA, New Delhi, whereby the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority, dated 02.11.2017 was confirmed for imposing penalty of Rs. 2 lacs on each appellant for commission of contravention u/s 3(b)

of FEMA, 1999 read with Section 42 of FEMA,1999.
