The present appeal u/s 68-O of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is filed by the appellants against the impugned order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Competent Authority, whereby the Freezing Order dated 13.12.2023 passed by the SHO, PS: Lambi, District: Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab was confirmed qua the following property:-
