The present appeal u/s 68-O of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is filed by the appellants against the order dated 09.05.2024 u/s 68F(2) passed by the Competent Authority, whereby the Freezing Order dated 15.04.2024 passed by the SHO, PS, Bhagapurana, District: Moga, Punjab was confirmed, qua the following properties of the appellants:-


2. As per the facts of the case on 28.08.1996, Punjab Police recovered 40 Kgs. of Poppy Husk from the possession of Shri Balwinder Singh @ Wattan Singh. Accordingly, FIR No. 108 dated 28.08.1996 was registered against him for commission of offence u/s 15 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at PS, Sadar Moga, Punjab. Shri Balwinder Singh was convicted by Special Judge, NDPS Court, Faridkot on 30.07.2002 and was sentenced to undergo Rigours Imprisonment for 1
