ORDER :-
1. The applicant seeks bail in connection with Crime No. 151 of 2023 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 370 , 317 r/w. 34 of IPC and under Sections 80 , 81 and 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Protection and Care of Child) Act, 2015.
2. The investigation was set in motion on the basis of information given by Anita Dyandeo Fasate, who is deputed as Police Sub Inspector, Damini Squad, Chatrapati Sambhani Nagar. She alleges that on 20.6.2023, secret information was received that an infant is put to sell at Jijamata Balak Ashram (Orphanage). Accordingly, police party raided the said place. The accused who was found on spotintroduced himself to be the Manager of the orphanage. On search, the infant was seen and accused No.2 – wife
