2. By this Application, Applicant is seeking bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Crime No. 509/2022 registered with Police Station, Ramnagar, District Wardha, for the offences punishable under Section 143, 144, 148, 149, 201, 302, 323 of Indian Penal Code. The FIR has been registered against the Applicant on 6/6/2022. The Applicant has been arrested on 6/6/2022 and since then he is behind the bars.
