The applicant has approached to this Court by filing the

present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime

No.359 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022, registered with Police Station :

Chandrapur City, for the offences punishable under Sections 384,

385, 452 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

was lodged in relation to the first incident dated 27.06.2022 when

the complainant had paid Rs.1,00,000/- to the accus
