Consent Terms are in Marathi and they are signed by the
parties i.e. both the Appellant-Premnath Rangnath Aakade and
Respondent-Anandrao Sampatrao Bankar. Both of them are
present in Court and state that they have compromised the
matter and Consent Terms are acceptable to both of them. Both

obligations mentioned in the Consent Terms within the time
limit as agreed between the parties and more particularly set
