JUDGMENT:

. The State has preferred these two appeals feeling aggrieved by the common impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.05 of 2013 and LAR No.06 of 2013 under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act” for the sake of convenience). Both appeals can be disposed of by common judgment.
