The petitioners seek caste certifcate in the Central

Government format.

It is the contention of the petitioners that the

petitioners are already issued with the caste certifcate in the

State Government format. The subsequent application made for

issuance of caste certifcate in the Central Government format is

rejected probably on the ground that evidence is not submitted.

According to the petitioners, the cousin uncle of the

petitioners is issued with the validity certifcate.
