ORAL JUDGMENT :-
1.Heard Mr. S.V. Purohit, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Aniket Waghdhare, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1.
2. The petition challenges the order dated 07.05.2018 filed by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (hereinafter to be referred as the “C.G.R.F.”), whereby the order dated 24.01.2018 passed by the Internal Grievances Redressal Forum (hereinafter to be referred as the “I.G.R.F.”) has been set-aside and the bills raised by the petitioner for the period of August 2017 and September 2017 are quashed and set-aside and the petitioner is directed to reissue revised bills for the unbilled period as per the provision of Regulations 15.4.1 without interest.
3. It is the contention of Mr. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner that electric meter No. 55/MSA 21679 was installed at the consumers premises in November, 2013, which was there up to 28.09.2017, on which date, it was replaced by Meter No.5803875 on a complaint made that it
