This is an application under Section 438 of the Code

of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.496/2020

registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, Aurangabad for the

offences punishable under Section 306, 498A and 504 read

with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are the parents in-laws and brother-

in-law of the deceased, who committed suicide within one and

half month of her marriage. The First Information Report has

been lodged by her mother, stating that the marriage was

solemnized on 22.08.2020. There was a demand for money.

The deceased was made to roll chapatees for the restaurant of

her in-laws. It was made being insisted that she should roll
