1. Accused viz: Narayan Govindbhai Jamriya, has [sic.](is) tendered a pardon on the condition of his making a full and true disclosure of the whole circumstances within his knowledge relating to the offence and to every other person concerned, whether as principal or abater [sic.](abettor), in the commission thereof.
2. He shall be examined as a witness in the instant matter.
3. He shall remain as an under-trial prisoner until termination of the trial.”
26. The charges were framed against the accused on 03/05/2011. The prosecution opened its evidence by examining the approver Narayan Jameriya as its prosecution witness No.1. Before the Court, the P.W.1 has deposed that, in the year 2000 he was employed as a driver on tankers of Jay-Sagar Petrol Pump, Porbandar. Accused No.5 Bhikubhai Thanki was working at the same petrol pump as a clerk. According to P.W.1 i.e. the approver, the accused No.5 had left his job in the year 2003 and had started his own travel company by purchasing two Sumo vehicles, one Qualis and one Indica Car.
