This Petition is filed invoking extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for quashing and setting aside the impugned communication dated 18th March 2019 issued by Respondent No.2-Regional Forest Officer. The Petitioner seeks further directions against the Respondents to pay compensation to the Petitioner as per Government Resolution dated 11th July 2018, on account of death of her husband due to attack by wild Boar.
