The challenge in this appeal is to the judgment of conviction and the order of consequential sentence passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-2, Udgir, Dist. Latur, in Sessions Case No.21 of 2018, whereby, the appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 498-A of Indian Penal Code and therefore, sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and R.I. for one year, respectively, with default stipulation.
