VACATION COURT . This Application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlargement of the Applicant on bail.

3. The allegations against the Applicant is that he is involved in offence of theft of property around Rs.8000/-. It does not appear from the reply filed by the Respondent that the Applicant has any criminal antecedents. The investigation is over and custody of the Applicant is no longer required.

ORDER (1) The Applicant – Akash Naresh Warudkar be released on bail in Crime No. 106/2025 registered with Police Station, Warud, District Amravati (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 334(1) and 305 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on executing PR Bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- with solvent surety in the like amount.
