1. Pursuant to orders passed yesterday, respondent no.1 is present today through video conferencing. After going through the petition, I find that the petition is filed against private persons. The petition is therefore not maintainable in the present form.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to make necessary amendments to the petition. Copies of the draft amendments to the petition to be served on all respondents on or before the adjourned date of hearing.
3. Today, the urgency seems to be that there is an order dated 26 March 2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, which the petitioner is aggrieved by, which is assailed in these proceedings.
4. Without delving into the merits of any rival contentions as also not opining on the maintainability of the petition or commenting on the order of the trial court dated 26 March 2025, the following
