Both these petitions are decided by this common order today because they arise out of the same subject matter. In both these petitions, the Petitioners are seeking quashing of CC No.961/PW/2021 pending before the 44^th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri arising out of C.R. No.317/2019 registered at Amboli Police Station, Andheri on 21^st August 2019 under Sections 406, 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
