This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section

482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Crime No. 98/2025 registered with Bhoiwada Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Based on the complaint filed, an FIR has been lodged against the present applicant. The applicant preferred an anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, which was rejected. Hence, the present pr
