1. By this petition, petitioner has sought a writ of Habeas Corpus to produce her two minor children, one aged 1 year and other, aged 5 years. Vide order dated 28^th June 2023, having regard to the age of the children and in particular having regard to the fact, that 1 year old child was being breast fed, when the children were taken by the Respondent No.3, we directed the police officer of the Nerul police station to produce the Petitioner’s two minor children before us on 3^rd July 2023 at
